You expressly confirm and warrant that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age (or the age of legal majority in your country or state). If you are under 18, you are strictly prohibited from using this Platform.
2. Scope of Service & Platform Neutrality
MassageHub Pro operates solely as an online classified advertising directory and marketing communications conduit connecting independent massage practitioners and consumers.
- We are not an employer, agency, broker, or healthcare provider.
- Therapists listed on this platform operate as independent business professionals responsible for their own services, licensing, taxes, and conduct.
- All interactions, agreements, and financial transactions between clients and therapists occur directly between the parties.
3. Therapist Profiles & Classified Ads Policy
Therapists posting profiles or classified advertisements agree to:
- Provide truthful, non-misleading information regarding their identities, rates, modalities, and qualifications.
- Upload only authentic photographs that they own or possess explicit commercial authorization to publish.
- Comply strictly with all local, state, and national laws regarding professional massage therapy licensing and business registration.
- Refrain from posting explicit, non-consensual, illicit, or human trafficking content. Any breach results in instant termination.
4. Subscription Plans & Billing
Therapist listing visibility is governed by subscription tiers (Standard, Premium, Platinum). By subscribing:
- You authorize automatic recurring billing on either a monthly or annual billing cycle via our payment gateway (e.g. Stripe).
- You may cancel recurring subscription renewal at any time via your Therapist Dashboard. Cancellation becomes effective at the conclusion of the current prepaid billing period.
- Subscriptions are non-refundable except where mandated by applicable consumer protection laws.
5. Reviews, Ratings & Content Moderation
Clients may submit ratings and reviews following appointments. All reviews are subject to automated and human moderation to eliminate slander, spam, or abusive material. We reserve the discretionary right to reject, edit, or unpublish any ad, review, or profile that violates community standards.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permissible by law, MassageHub Pro and its operators disclaim all liability for any direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, personal injuries, or property disputes arising from communications or sessions arranged through the platform.
