🛡️ Recommendations for Clients
1. Verify Therapist Credentials
Look for the "Verified" and "Platinum/Premium" badges on therapist profiles. Read honest client reviews, check experience years, and clarify modalities before booking.
2. Confirm Rates & Expectations in Advance
Always confirm session duration, location (incall studio or outcall residence/hotel), parking details, and pricing prior to the appointment to prevent misunderstandings.
3. Hygiene & Professional Etiquette
Arrive on time, shower before sessions, and disclose any medical conditions or muscle injuries to your therapist beforehand. Respect professional boundaries at all times.
🧘 Guidelines for Therapists
1. Screen New Clients Carefully
Verify new client contact numbers, insist on clear communication, and require verifiable screening before accepting outcall appointments to private locations.
2. Outcall Safety & Check-in Buddy
Always share your appointment schedule and general itinerary with a trusted friend or colleague when traveling for outcall appointments. Maintain active communication.
3. Absolute Right to Refuse or Terminate Service
You retain the unconditional right to refuse service or terminate any session immediately if a client is disrespectful, intoxicated, or violates your stated boundaries.
